So hey, maybe it’s not quite what you expected or it did not match the outfit you really wanted it for. Fear not! All you have to do is return the bow tie to us within 30 days, in brand new and original condition with tags still attached, and we’ll provide you with a refund minus any shipping paid. It’s really important to us that you love your bow ties, so feel free to get in contact with us as soon as you can to help arrange the return or exchange.
If you just need to exchange it over for a different shade or style, please contact us so we can help reserve your new bow tie for you. Exchanges are super simple;
1. Make sure the bow tie is brand new, unworn with all tags attached and in original condition and packaging.
2. Include a ready to go (including postage) envelope or satchel from Australia Post when you ship back your original order.
3. We can organise a parcel post satchel for you (tracked) however, it will be a $9.99 postage and handling fee.
4. Lastly, we will have your new bow tie shipped out as soon as your original has been returned.
We also recommend shipping any orders back to us via Australia Post parcel post satchels or express satchels as you will receive a lodging receipt and tracking number to prove your order was shipped (or another equivalent service by a courier). This covers you in the very rare case that an item goes missing in transit. If you can provide a tracking number and we can see that Australia Post have lost it in transit we will still issue a refund or complete an exchange as per the returns/exchange policies. However, if you can not provide a tracking number to provide evidence it was lost in transit, we are unable to complete the refund/exchange.
